Joy studied at Columbia International University and holds a BA in Christian Education. She has worked with children of all ages for over 17 years, including 12 years in preschool and after school program administration. She studied Spanish abroad in Flamingo, Costa Rica and Bogotá, Colombia.
Michelle Class, English Teacher
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College in Early Childhood Education. Michelle has been working with children ranging from ages 6 weeks-10 years since 2008 in both school and child care settings.
Katerine Ricardo, Spanish Teacher
Katerine is originally from Cuba where she studied at Gomez Toro University and obtained an Associate Degree in Tourism & Commerce. Soon after, she realized her calling to work with children and began working as a teacher at Los Sandinitos Childhood Circles in Holguin, Cuba. Now that she is living in the USA, she is taking courses in Early Childhood Development and plans to complete her degree soon.
